Clinic Policies
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the clinic policy is to notify by phone/voicemail/text by 9:00am the day of your appointment (or sooner if possible). Do NOT notify by email- phone is best. This policy is strictly enforced so clinic runs smoothly. Cancellations after 9:00am will be charged $10. Missed "No Show" to appointment will be charged $15. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We understand things happen, just notify us, so we can accommodate all patients who are needing treatment.
Scheduling Appointments:
Clinic mainly operates BY APPOINTMENTS; Walk-ins are accommodated only as schedule permits.
This means patients with appointments will be seen FIRST.
First-time Evaluation & treatments REQUIRE an appointment & last about 1 hour 15 minutes.
You can schedule an appointment ONLINE (homepage), calling or texting (please not by email).
Sounds/Scents/Clothing Policy:
Turn your cell phone OFF- BEFORE making yourself comfortable in the recliner.
No childcare-all children must be supervised by an adult who is NOT getting treated-clinic is a QUIET ZONE.
Please refrain from perfumes, cigarette smoke, or other strong scents as some patients are sensitive/allergic.
Please wear clothing that allows us to needle hands, arms, legs and feet, preferably loose clothing.
